Having worked for over 25 years in mental health services as a qualified social worker I have been involved in many types of situations which required professional expertise and support. I am grateful for the many people I met during this period as it has given me a true insight into understanding people and how challenges can be faced positively.

One of the lessons which I learned was that change is inevitable, and the sooner one accepts this and decides to make positive steps towards what ever it is you seek, the sooner your life starts to flourish.

 

In 2002 I suffered a serious health challenge which forced me to make some serious decisions about how I wanted to live my life. Out of a traumatic experience I decided to really change for the better. This was no easy task but it was non-negotiable. I had to get myself healthy and well again.

This was the motivation which took me to Spain for 10 years where I recovered and created a wellbeing centre running holidays and courses for optimum health.

Since such time I have continued practising reiki on myself, offering reiki and crystal healing, training people in reiki and running creative spiritual workshops. I complement my healing practice with personalised coaching programs which aim to support people in making changes in their life ,to live the life they love. I love crystals,animals,photography and dancing!

I have continued throughout my life to develop my spiritual side through regular meditation practice, having a daily spiritual routine based on the philosophy of mindfulness, and energy work, and making reiki a way of life.

 Since childhood I have had a deep connection with nature which has enabled me to develop my intuitive abilities and become a channel for healing. I enjoy collecting and working with crystals so as to create higher vibrational energy.

My intention is to openly share my knowledge, skills and experience in an honest and compassionate way. I feel honoured and blessed by the people who have come into my life.

Life gives us many opportunities and challenges so we can develop ourselves and become the individuals we know we are born to be.
